We had a jolly good time at the LifeZone centre at Century Garden, Johor Bahru.

The residents enjoyed the Laughter exercises and we had the passing parcel game.

Laughter Yoga at "Health In The City" event in Kuala Lumpur

More than 300 participants were having a gala time yesterday (8th Nov '09), laughing away with many Laughter exercises. This picture showed them having the "Teh Tarik" Laughter, similar to "Cocktail" Laughter.
